The vacancy
Dean Close Prep School are looking to appoint a friendly, organised and professional individual to join our team as School Office Support (Saturdays). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service in a busy school environment. This is a term time role, working 34 weeks per year.
As the first point of contact on Saturday mornings, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the school. You will provide a welcoming front-of-house service for pupils, parents, visitors and staff, while supporting essential administrative and safeguarding processes.
This position would suit an individual who is approachable, reliable and able to work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
