Little Trees Hucclecote, Gloucester, is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team as a Team Leader.

Are you an experienced Team Leader looking for your next opportunity, or an ambitious Early Years professional ready to take the next step in your career? This rewarding role offers the chance to lead and support a small team, mentor Early Years Practitioners, and play a key role in delivering outstanding care and education for our nursery children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS

  • Act as a role model for best practice within the nursery

  • Support and mentor other practitioners within the team

  • Assist in planning engaging learning opportunities for children

  • Contribute to observations, assessments and learning journeys

  • Work closely with the nursery leadership team to support continuous improvement

  • Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
