Dean Close Kingham Hill School are looking to appoint a Head of Neurodiversity and Inclusion (SENDCO) to lead and develop our inclusive provision for pupils with learning differences and neurodivergent profiles. This is a full-time post, starting in September 2026.

This is a key leadership role within the school, offering the opportunity to shape a whole‑school culture where inclusive practice is embedded, valued and consistently delivered, enabling every pupil to achieve outcomes that reflect their true potential.

the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for learning support and inclusion across the school. You will work closely with teaching and pastoral teams, Admissions, parents and external professionals to ensure high‑quality provision for pupils with SEND and learning differences. This role combines strategic leadership, specialist SEND expertise, staff development, and direct pupil advocacy.

The successful candidates will have experience as a SEND Practitioner with a strong knowledge and understanding of neurodiversity. Ideally being degreed qualified with a QTS certificate in Education.
