The Dean Close Foundation is looking to appoint a proactive, highly organised and detail-focused People Services Administrator to join our friendly and professional People Team. Full-time or part-time applications would be considered for this role. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator, ideally within the HR or People Services departments, to play a vital role in supporting colleagues across the Foundation and ensuring high-quality, compliant people processes.

The People Services Administrator provides essential administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, helping to ensure the smooth running of People Services under the supervision and guidance of the People Services Manager.

Previously known as the HR Department, the People Team reflects our commitment to connection, partnership and compassionate support for colleagues. The team consists of the Chief People Officer and colleagues working across People Services, Recruitment, Employee Relations and Learning & Development.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have HR administration and has a CIPD Level 3 qualification or wishes to work towards this qualification, which can be considered as part of this role.
