About the Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting children’s development through engaging activities and high-quality care. Working alongside an experienced team, you will help create a positive learning environment where every child can flourish.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing
Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive nursery environment
Contribute to observations, assessments and learning journeys
What We’re Looking For
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or working towards)
A genuine passion for working with young children
A positive, caring and team-focused approach
Good communication and organisational skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

The Foundation
Dean Close Foundation is a growing, vibrant and diverse family of independent schools and nurseries, uniting around a shared vision and set of values. These spring from the origins of Dean Close School, which was founded in 1886 in memory of Dean Francis Close, Rector of Cheltenham and educational philanthropist.
