Sports Facilities manager

The vacancy
Dean Close Foundation is looking to appoint a proactive and organised individual to support the Sports Department and commercial activities by managing our sports facilities. The role involves overseeing the sports hall and pavilion, managing sports kit and equipment, and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both school and external users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day use of sports facilities, including set-up and safety checks
- Liaising with visitors, hirers, and staff to ensure smooth operation
- Administering first aid when necessary
- Reporting maintenance issues and maintaining high standards
- Supporting boarding activities during evening duties
