This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

Dean Close Foundation are seeking a passionate and talented Commis Chef to join our Hospitality & Catering Team, eager to develop their skills in a supportive and professional environment.

  • Contract: 52 weeks, Permanent
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7

You will join a team of 15 talented Chefs across two main sites. As well as preparing & presenting culinary treats as part of our core services, you will be able to focus on innovation & creating interesting added value to our offers, as well as supporting our Functions & Eventing team.

Requirements:

  • We are looking for a passionate & talented chef who wants to progress their career.
  • will have at least one year’s experience working within a fresh food operation
  • You must have a real passion for food and show flair & imagination

Role Responsibilities:

  • You will be involved in the preparation & presentation of food for service
  • Contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
  • Understand basic food hygiene practices.
  • Work as part of a supportive team.
