The vacancy
Dean Close Foundation are looking to appoint a School Staff Instructor (SSI), Combined Cadet Force (CCF). This role is permanent role, 22.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. There is potential for the role to increase to 30 hours per week following a successful probation period, subject to mutual agreement.
The SSI is responsible for the efficient operation of the CCF HQ & administrative support to the Contingent Commander, Head of Sections and other Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs) with the aim of producing a fantastic Cadet experience which will positively impact on the Cadets experience. The CCF School Staff Instructor is a key member of the DCKHS CCF team, supporting to remain a busy and engaging unit in the Southeast region.

The successful candidate would have prior Cadet Force or Armed Forces experience and be confident with the administration required within CCF.
