This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

Dean Close Foundation are looking to appoint a Commis Chef for the Foundation. This is a full-time role, working 42 weeks per year during the term time.

Other roles and responsibilities to include:

  • To ensure that all food is prepared, cooked and presented to the highest possible standards.
  • To ensure all food is ready for service at the times stated.
  • To ensure all food is tasted prior to service.
  • To ensure the Foundation standards for these areas are met in full.
  • To assist with the compilation of budgets for hospitality and events
  • To record the daily production and wastage sheets

For the successful applicant we would considered supporting them through an apprenticeship, depending on the successful passing of your probation period.
