This is a Permanent, Part Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

Dean Close St. John’s School are looking to appoint a Minibus Driver for our school. This role is a part time position, working 15 hours per week during term time, and ideally starting in September 2024.

The role and responsibilities of this position are to include:

  • To collect pupils from the designated pick-up points enroute to the school at the agreed times (6.30 - 8.00 and 16.30 - 18.00 daily).
  • To carry out and record daily checks and when replacements and/or repairs are required to ensure that these are highlighted to the Estates Foreman.
  • Carry out non-safety related repairs to ensure minimum downtime.
  • To ensure minibuses are kept in clean condition and external image presented is in keeping with the status of the school.

All applications should ideally have a clean driving License, with a D1 or PCV, and a basic First Aid qualification, or willing to undertake one.
