This is a Temporary, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

Dean Close Foundation are looking to appoint a new Accounting Administrator to join our finance department on a fixed contract with the potential for a permanent position. The successful candidate will be tasked in administering the purchase ledger functions for the Foundation.

The successful applicant will have experience within a finance department and preferably be a full or part qualified accounting technician. We are looking for increasing automation, therefore a person with compatible skills using computerised accounting systems would be a great asset. Other roles and responsibilities include:

  • To process supplier invoices using an automated system.
  • End to end management of suppliers to make sure invoices are paid on time.
  • Work well with the internal team and deal with supplier queries.
  • Assist with the financial administration of the school.
  • Process charity donations, staff expenses and company credit card statements.
  • Support the finance department with project work.
